3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NetWing or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and deliverables as specified in individual project agreements. NetWing retains the right to use generic, non-proprietary components and frameworks in other projects.

4. Project Agreements

All projects are governed by individual project agreements that specify:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Project timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Revision and change request procedures
• Confidentiality obligations
• Warranty and support terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require an initial deposit before work commences, with remaining payments tied to milestone completion. Late payments may result in project suspension. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in the project agreement.

6. Confidentiality

NetWing treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose, share, or sell any proprietary information, business strategies, or technical specifications provided by clients to third parties. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement. Clients agree to keep NetWing's proprietary methodologies and pricing confidential.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

NetWing warrants that all services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We provide a warranty period (as specified in project agreements) during which we will fix any bugs or defects at no additional cost. However, we do not warrant that software will be error-free or uninterrupted. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

NetWing's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project. In no event shall NetWing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or website.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. NetWing will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment. Termination does not affect confidentiality obligations or intellectual property rights already transferred.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in Sialkot, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Changes to Terms

NetWing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
